series of three informative workshops about pregnancy, birthing
and parenting in Australia today:

Birth Matrix
What you need to know about birthing today. The stats, the
facts and the truth about birth in Australia.
Birth
Rehearsal
What childbirth is really like and how to support birthing
women. Labour and birth told with film, theatre, story, laughter
and the occasional tears.
Beyond Birth
OK, you have your baby - now what?! Gentle strategies to help
with bonding, breastfeeding, sleep and nurture for the first
few hours, days and beyond.
Birth Options has bought together the most asked about pregnancy,
birth and early parenting topics and invited leaders in the
field to present.
Our
Presenters include Rhea Dempsey (Birthing Wisdom),
Pinky McKay (Author of Sleeping like a baby and Parenting
by Heart) and Jules Brooks and Lael Stone (About Birth™)

Thursday
night sessions
run on over three consecutive weeks, from 7pm-9pm

- 9th October, 16th October and 23rd October
- 4th December, 11th December and 18th December
Sunday
all day sessions feature all three topics in one
information packed day - which runs from 10am until 5pm.
Cost:
$150 couple / $100 conc* or $75 individual / $50 conc*.
